Can I visit your location in-person?

Absolutely! You can visit us at our design and printing studio near downtown Waxhaw at 3901-C S Providence Rd, Waxhaw, NC 28173. We are open Monday – Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. If you have any questions, you may call us anytime at 704-843-0500.

What is the minimum/maximum possible order?

We are able to accommodate orders of any size on most any product. Promotional items such as t-shirts, mugs, pens, mousepads, etc. often have minimum order requirements. We regularly fulfill orders for large commercial clients as well as individual requests. If you have specific needs, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Do you deliver or provide shipping services?

We do not offer delivery, however we will gladly ship orders via UPS at a specially discounted rate for our customers. Please contact us if you have questions or to inquire about a specific shipping rate.

Can you print onto products like t-shirts, mugs, pens, mousepads, etc.?

Sure! Please keep in mind promotional items require minimums for printing. Please contact us to discuss specifics.

Can you provide tradeshow fixtures and/or banners?

How long will my order take to complete?

Most orders are same-day or next-day turn around, in cases where these times differ we will advise you on production times.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Can you fold, cut, staple, coat, or emboss?

We can cut, fold and staple in house and we can have embossing, foil stamping, raised UV and other special services done by one of our trusted vendors.

Can you help design my materials for/with me?

Yes, we have in-house professional graphic design services. For a free quote, please submit a quote request or contact us to discuss the specifics.

Can you provide materials samples?

Sure, we have samples for most media here at our location, feel free to stop by and take a look. If you aren’t local, and need more information, please contact us to consult on the best option for your project.
